TACO

Taco was founded in 2018 and has quickly gained recognition as a unique player in the Weimar street food scene. Despite its limited presence at selected events, and its availability for only a few days a year, each event is marked by the production of only 500 tacos, allowing for a focus on quality over quantity. The importance of streamlining our processes has always been a top priority, and we constantly strive for accuracy and attention to detail in order to produce the highest quality tacos.
    My experience at Taco has played an instrumental role in developing my skills and refining my approach to project management, especially during my time as a freelancer where I was required to manage projects independently and ensure timely delivery of high-quality work. In particular, working at Taco has taught me the importance of collaboration and teamwork in order to achieve shared goals. The challenges of managing a limited quantity of high-quality food products within strict time constraints have honed my ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. The experiences gained from working at Taco have also allowed me to develop a keen eye for detail, and a drive to continuously improve and innovate in order to deliver the best possible product.
    In addition to the practical skills acquired through my work at Taco, this experience has also taught me the value of an entrepreneurial mindset. Through the founding and management of Taco, I have gained a deep understanding of the importance of innovation and risk-taking in order to succeed in the highly competitive food industry. The experience has also shown me the importance of adaptability and flexibility in the face of changing circumstances, as well as the value of constantly learning and seeking out new opportunities for growth and development.
